Furthermore, by being consistent with myself I am also showing respect for who I am and what matters most to me; this further reinforces my commitment to be the best version of myself possible!

Set realistic goals for yourself

Setting realistic goals for yourself is a vital part of achieving success and maintaining self-consistency. When setting your goals, it’s important to ensure that they are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound (SMART). This will help you stay on track towards achieving your goal as you know exactly what needs to be done in order to reach it. Additionally, setting realistic goals also helps keep the focus on progress rather than perfection – meaning that even if something doesn’t go entirely according to plan or takes a bit longer than expected; this shouldn’t discourage you from continuing with your efforts!
